Executive Committee

Our Executive Committee manages the events, marketing, finance, merchandising, organization and overall presence of the To The Fullest Foundation. This committee oversees the regular members and keeps our non-profit running smoothly.

Sara Hancock
Founder/President

Hey everyone! My name is Sara Hancock, and I am the Founder, President, and a Board of Directors Chair for the To The Fullest Foundation. I am currently a senior at Hoover High School! I’m the Vice President of State and International Affairs and the Community Service Director for Hoover DECA, and State President for Alabama DECA. I am the Historian and Social Media Coordinator for Teens Need Teens, Youth Ambassador for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and I’m on the Girls Varsity Bowling team at Hoover. I’m the Host of the “Speaking Our Grief” podcast, and the founder of the Hoover Writing Club. I decided to start this foundation in honor of my mom who passed away from breast cancer in 2019; we now aim to support the many individuals that are fighting breast cancer daily!

Radhika Pant
Founder/Vice President

Hello everyone! I am Radhika Pant, Co-Founder and Vice President of To The Fullest Foundation. Currently, I’m a senior at the Alabama School of Fine Arts specializing in Math and Science. Along with my work at TTFF, I actively collaborate with other non-profit organizations. I serve as President of GirlSpring’s Springboarders, the teen leadership board responsible for media creation, and more at GirlSpring. Additionally, I am the Founder and President of the Interact Club of Birmingham, an organization dedicated to getting students leadership and service opportunities across the community. I have also spearheaded GirlPowered Tutoring in collaboration with Girls Inc., as well as Competition Connector, a platform dedicated to helping students explore and develop their interests by connecting them with competitions. Over the past year, our organization has thrived, and I am confident that it will continue to grow and achieve even greater success in the future.

Ayla Steed
Marketing Director

Hello! I am Ayla Steed, one of the marketing directors for To The Fullest Foundation! I am currently a senior at Hoover High School. I originally got asked to join this foundation by our founder Sara Hancock, but this year, I decided to continue working as an executive director because of how much I enjoyed it! This foundation means so much to me because my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020 and I was able to see how breast cancer can affect someone’s life. Along with the foundation, I am very involved in DECA, my church/youth group and am in the International Baccalaureate program at my school. I also have a job at Goldfish Swim School as a front desk associate. One fun fact about me is that I lived in Minnesota for the first year of my life!

Jeries Lutfi
Finance Director

Hey guys! My name is Jeries Lutfi and I am serving as the finance director for the 2023 year and I am so excited to work for such a meaningful cause! In addition to the To The Fullest Foundation, I am actively involved in DECA where I placed 2 times in the state of Alabama and serve as Hoover’s Testing Director, Hoover Band where I am a section leader for the saxophone section where we have one multiple state titles, Hoover Ambassadors where I serve on the Executive Council and act as the hosts and hostesses of Hoover High School and the City of Hoover, Tutoring children in math, and I am an active member in my church, Prince of Peace Catholic Church. One fun fact about me is that I am from Jordan and speak 3 languages fluently, English, Arabic, and French. I am so excited for the year to come!

Hi everyone! My name is Claire Ransom and I’m the secretary for the To The Fullest Foundation! I’m a current senior at Hoover High School and will be graduating with the class of 2024! I’m currently involved with the To The Fullest Foundation, Hoover Juniorettes, Senior Class Officers, peer helping, TNT, and the Hoover City Schools Foundation Student Board! I also hold a job at Burn Boot Camp! This is also my second year in the Foundation and I cannot wait for all the good things to come!

Lola Clark
School Representative

Hi!! My name is Lola Clark and I am the School Representative for the 2023 year! I am a senior at Hoover High School! I play soccer for the high school and am a member of Juniorettes, Biobucs, and Active Minds! One fun fact about me is that I am currently learning how to play the guitar and am working to get an IB Diploma!

Madhumita Ravikumar
Merchandise Director

Hey! My name is Madhumita Ravikumar, and I’m the Executive Merchandise Director of To The Fullest Foundation. I’m a senior at Vestavia Hills High School, and I am a part of our Speech and Debate Team and HOSA chapter. I am active in the Alabama Youth in Government Program and have a passion for advocacy. One fun fact about me is that I absolutely adore plants and consider myself an amateur horticulturist. I also work at Kumon and dabble in freelance art and graphic design! (@monstera._.studio)

Morgan Fleming
Event Director

Hey! My name is Morgan Fleming, Co-Executive Event Planner of To The Fullest Foundation. Apart from planning events, I am a senior at Hoover High School where I danced for the Varsity Buccanettes for 3 years, a member of DECA, NHS, and am a Co-Member Director of National Dance Honors Society. Outside of school, I’m an active member and leader of my church’s youth program and dance at The Pointe Dance Arts. I decided to join To The Fullest Foundation because I was and continue to be inspired by Sara’s dedication and drive to spread awareness about breast cancer which has impacted her life tremendously. I can’t wait to continue being a part of the cause!!
