Board of Directors

The Board of Directors meets quarterly to oversee the progress, accomplishments and actions of the To The Fullest Foundation’s executive and regular committees. These individuals are dedicated to raising breast cancer awareness and improving the overall presence of this organization.

Sara Hancock
Chairperson

Hey everyone! My name is Sara Hancock, and I am the Founder, President, and a Board of Directors Chair for the To The Fullest Foundation. I am currently a senior at Hoover High School! I’m the Vice President of State and International Affairs and the Community Service Director for Hoover DECA, and State President for Alabama DECA. I am the Historian and Social Media Coordinator for Teens Need Teens, Youth Ambassador for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and I’m on the Girls Varsity Bowling team at Hoover. I’m the Host of the “Speaking Our Grief” podcast, and the founder of the Hoover Writing Club. I decided to start this foundation in honor of my mom who passed away from breast cancer in 2019; we now aim to support the many individuals that are fighting breast cancer daily!

Radhika Pant
Chairperson

Hello everyone! I am Radhika Pant, Co-Founder and Vice President of To The Fullest Foundation. Currently, I’m a senior at the Alabama School of Fine Arts specializing in Math and Science. Along with my work at TTFF, I actively collaborate with other non-profit organizations. I serve as President of GirlSpring’s Springboarders, the teen leadership board responsible for media creation, and more at GirlSpring. Additionally, I am the Founder and President of the Interact Club of Birmingham, an organization dedicated to getting students leadership and service opportunities across the community. I have also spearheaded GirlPowered Tutoring in collaboration with Girls Inc., as well as Competition Connector, a platform dedicated to helping students explore and develop their interests by connecting them with competitions. Over the past year, our organization has thrived, and I am confident that it will continue to grow and achieve even greater success in the future.

Karis Moore
Chairperson

Hey everyone! My name is Karis Moore and I am a member of the board of directors as well as a two-time marketing co-director for To The Fullest Foundation! I am a senior at Hoover High School. I am an active member in Hoover’s DECA chapter, as well as the social media director for the chapter! I just finished my year as a Junior Class Officer and will be a Senior Class officer next year! I am very involved with my church, helping out in the special needs and student ministry. I am a part of To The Fullest Foundation because I have seen first-hand how breast cancer has affected friends and family, so being able to spread awareness first-hand is such an honor and incredible thing to be a part of!

Jack Stewart
Chairperson

Hi, my name is Jack Stewart! I am on the Board of Directors for the To The Fullest Foundation, and I am in the class of 2024 at Oak Mountain Highschool! Outside of the board, I am the President for Oak Mountain’s Robotics Club and Programming Club. I decided to join the board so that I can try my hardest to make a difference and spread awareness of breast cancer and how anyone can help towards the cause.

Brady Stidham
Chairperson

Hey, my name is Brady Stidham and I am a member of the Board of Directors for the To The Fullest Foundation. I am a senior at Hoover High School where I sprint during the outdoor track season and participate in the school’s choir. I am also active in youth groups at my church. I am very blessed to be working for the foundation as I have known several people close to me who have struggled through battles with cancer. One fun fact about me is that I enjoy working out.

Ayla Steed
Chairperson

Hello! I am Ayla Steed, one of the marketing directors for To The Fullest Foundation! I am currently a senior at Hoover High School. This foundation means so much to me because my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020 and I was able to see how breast cancer can effect someone’s life. Along with the foundation, I am very involved in DECA, my church/youth group and am in the International Baccalaureate program at my school. I also have a job at Goldfish Swim School as a front desk associate. One fun fact about me is that I lived in Minnesota for the first year of my life!
